1.1 Qualification structure
To achieve the Start IT (iTQ) Entry Level 3 Award for IT Users, learners must achieve 2 credits from the mandatory units and a minimum of 4 credits from the optional units available.
To achieve the Start IT (iTQ) Entry Level 3 Certificate for IT Users, learners must achieve 2 credits from the mandatory units and a minimum of 11 credits from the optional units available, 4 credits may come from Level 1.
